Fresco appears slow or unresponsive

If the Fresco Touchscreen appears slow, unresponsive, hangs up, or otherwise appears sluggish in pressing on the screen by activating buttons or navigating through the menu, there may be a communications issue.

Check the Controller Id for each Fresco Touchscreen on the FCN 485 bus.

Navigate to Menu -> Setup -> Controller and review what the controller id is. Verify there are no other controllers on the same FCN 485 wired bus with the same controller id.
