Fresco not discovering or file transfer failing

If Fresco devices are not discovering over Ethernet or file transfer appears to be failing, check firewall and networking settings.

If possible, temporarily disable personal computer firewall (this is documented for operating system/firewall on the web).

Also check with company IT support and verify there are no company firewall policies which may be blocking traffic.
