Why do my LED lights flash or flicker at times?

There may be a shared neutral with the LED lights and some other electronic/electrical device in the vicinity. Neutral interaction is the result of voltage and current spikes occurring which are transmitted onto the neutral wire shared by several circuits. This can be resolved by separating neutrals or removing the devices from the circuit which appear to be the cause of the interaction.
