Why will my nSP5 PCD not work with my nLight switch?

The nSP5 PCD is a power consuming device.  It requires bus power to operate.  In order to have a standalone room with an nSP5 PCD(s), nLight sensors, and nLight switches, a power supply such as an nPS80 must be used.
