An nLight device is shown as Unknown for the type. This is usually caused by the device not being supported yet by Fresco.
Check latest version of firmware and possibly update to the latest version.
Follow instructions for updating the nLight library manually. See knowledgebase for more details.
Connect by micro usb cable and find a file in the root of the drive debug.txt.
Send this file to technical support with the name or type of device.
If all devices are listed as Unknown, verify nLight network connectivity and no devices are in discovery mode / rapid-flash double-blinking.
