nLight- trouble connecting to the jace device through the web page.

 

If a customer is able to ping the jace but not connect through web page: follow the instructions below

 

On the most recent shipment of Jaces the vendor changed the default http port to 81. If a customer/fse is encountering an issue like this the solution is to add :81  to the end of the ip address when navigating to the device in internet explorer. (i.e. http://192.168.1.215:81 )
