What to do if you cannot see the Synergy panels connected to your SYA Router?

If you have verified that the router is properly configured via serial connection and are still not able to see devices other than the router through the Config software, you should check to ensure that your network card is communication at the same speed as the router.


1.) Go into your router's adapter settings, and click the configure button.


2.) Click on the advanced tab, and locate the Speed & Duplex property.


3.) Change the Value setting to 10Mbps Half Duplex.


4.) Click ok.


5.) Cycle the power on the router.


6.) Check to see if devices can now be seen.


This should resolve the communication issue and allow the devices connected to the router to be seen.
