Q - If wired for 120V, but voltage "dipping" is an issue. How low can it go before it starts to cause damage?
A - Our products are designed to UL924 requirements which states that the unit must work or charge at the point that the unit transfers from the Emergency mode. In our products we design to a brownout level (Emergency mode) of below 96V and out of brownout at 100V or higher.
If the line voltage drops below 96V and stays the unit will be constantly in Emergency mode.
