When addressing a GR2448 Control Card Assembly, you must have the lower card/extension card properly connected or the main card will fail to read/assign any address. The lower extension card is connected via 20-pin connection cable, and two white "relay" ribbon wires. If addressed properly, the full card assembly will consume 6 addresses as there are 48 relays able to be controlled by the combined assembly and one address is consumed per every 8 relays controlled.
