Hinged Steel Poles (STSH)- Modification

STSH poles cannot be modified in their height.  They are only offered as shown in the Product Selection Guide.  Note that the poles require at least 50 Lbs of loading at the top as a counterweight to be able lower the pole.  This is due to the weight of the shroud that encases the shaft from the hinge point to the base of the pole.  Some SHST poles designed especially for high wind conditions require at least 75 Lbs at the pole top. 

RTAH and RSAH poles, however, can be cut down to desired height as they are hinged at the pole base.
