All Schedules Have * Next to them and Not Running

This is very rare but we have experienced the occurence. When One or all schedules have an asterisk (*) on the Left Side of them and they are Locked in ON or OFF Mode and won't work.

 

The Problem is someone has ENABLED Schedule Properties and assign ID # in Bus Map to a VIRTUAL PANEL and ENABLED the Virtual Relays.

 

Solution:

 

Make sure In the Schedule Properties still shows 1 (virtual Panel) and the address is a number that is set in BUS Map.

 

When In Manual Override you will see the Panel with all relays SQUARE. Disable every Relay In that Virtual Panel.

Reset the schedule Properties to NONE. Change the Bus Map and remove the Virtual Panel ID.

You will Notice the (*)s are gone .
