Hydrel: Moisture in PDX (Paradox)

If a customer complains of water in the PDX, which is a fixture that should be sealed, four photographs need to be taken to help determine the cause, and if it's due to installation error.

A. Top of fixture while sealed
B. Inside of lens
C. Under lens inside rim
D. Under lamp module.

1 – flush and sealed?

2 – is there a clean line in the gasket showing a good seal? (clean, even impression, etc)

3 – is there concrete or debris inside where the lens would sit that is preventing a seal?

4 – is there moisture under the lamp module?

See example photographs attached.
