ROOM PARTITION

This can only be accomplished with using switches with no more than 3 buttons. If more buttons are required in each section are required then additional switches will have to be used i.e. if they need 6 buttons in each section it will take 3 banks of  2 3-button switches at each location and they must be AP switches

 

1 Set of AP Chelsea Switches per room

  • Room A lights = LCP-1:1
  • Room B lights = LCP-1:2
  • Room C lights = LCP-1:3

 

Wall Sensors are tied to the DigiLink inputs which are programmed for the control relays. (The wall sensors can be magnetic door alarm sensors or micro switches)

  • Door 1 when closed will turn ON = LCP-2:1
  • Door 2 when closed will turn ON = LCP-2:2

 

Setup Menu

  • Button 7 ON = 1-3 <- 9-11
  • Button 8 ON = 1-3 <- 12-14
  • Beep OFF
  • Button 1 address = NO
  • 9-14 Disable 1-6 = NO
  • All Logic set to AND
    • When door 1 & door 2 are open, programming for “7on” & “8on” will add up.

 

Programming for Room A Switch             

Button 1 = On Mode = LCP-1:1                   

Button 2 = Off Mode = LCP-1:1                  

Button 3 = Toggle = LCP-1:1                        

                                                                       

Button 7 (7 on = 9-11) = AND LOGIC = Mixed Mode = ON LCP-2:2; OFF LCP-2:1

                                                                       

Button 8 (8 on = 12-14) = AND LOGIC = OFF Mode = LCP-2:1-2                                 

                                                                       

Button 9 = On Mode = LCP-1:1-2                

Button 10 = Off Mode = LCP-1:1-2             

Button 11 = Toggle = LCP-1:1-2                  

                                                                       

Button 12 = On Mode = LCP-1:1-3              

Button 13 = Off Mode = LCP-1:1-3             

Button 14 = Toggle = LCP-1:1-3                  

 

 

 

Programming for Room B Switch

Button 1 = On Mode = LCP-1:2

Button 2 = Off Mode = LCP-1:2

Button 3 = Toggle = LCP-1:2

                                                                       

Button 7 (7 on = 9-11) = AND LOGIC = OFF Mode = LCP-2:1

Button 8 (8 on = 12-14) = AND LOGIC = OFF Mode = LCP-2:2

 

Button 9 = On Mode = LCP-1:1-2

Button 10 = Off Mode = LCP-1:1-2

Button 11 = Toggle = LCP-1:1-2

                                                                       

Button 12 = On Mode = LCP-1:2-3

Button 13 = Off Mode = LCP-1:2-3

Button 14 = Toggle = LCP-1:2-3

 

 

 

Programming for Room C Switch             

Button 1 = On Mode = LCP-1:3                   

Button 2 = Off Mode = LCP-1:3                  

Button 3 = Toggle = LCP-1:3            

                                                                       

Button 7 (7 on = 9-11) = AND LOGIC = Mixed Mode = ON LCP-2:1; OFF LCP-2:2    

                                                                       

Button 8 (8 on = 12-14) = AND LOGIC = OFF Mode = LCP-2:1-2         

                                                                       

Button 9 = On Mode = LCP-1:2-3                

Button 10 = Off Mode = LCP-1:2-3             

Button 11 = Toggle = LCP-1:2-3                  

                                                                       

Button 12 = On Mode = LCP-1:1-3              

Button 13 = Off Mode = LCP-1:1-3             

Button 14 = Toggle = LCP-1:1-3      

 

This programming can be spread across multiple panels and the control relays can be in the same panel as the circuits being switched.
