The quick answer to this is no. Because the lamps are arranged in series, one lamp burning out will disallow electricity to flow properly through its circuit, thus the second lamp will not be able to light. It is a misconception that having a series circuit wired for two lamps will, in the event that one lamp burns out, allow the second light to burn. One lamp continuing to burn would only be possible if the lamps were wired in parallel, which the Power Sentry wiring diagrams are not wired in parallel.
