SensorView Users: Why Can't I Add A User To My SensorView Account?

Sensorview will only allow a new user to be created if you have previously, or are currently, connected to a gateway.  So if no gateway currently exists in the SensorView database, it will not allow you to save a user (the "save" button will remain grayed out).

Additional information about creating SensorView users:

  • A username with a minimum of two characters is required.
  • An email address is not required.
  • A password with a minimum of one character is required.

*NOTE:  The user "save" button will also remain grayed out if the password does not match in both password boxes.
