1. Check to see if the relays will toggle using a scene that sets them to off.
2. Check voltage at load of the relays to make sure that the load does have voltage (this ensures we are not accidentally looking at the wrong relay).
3. Check the online light to see if it is blinking.
4. Check to make sure that your power wire is hooked to the correct screw on the transformer.
Fact: if 120 is hooked where 277 should be wired, the online light will still flash and the panel's address will still read, but there will not be sufficient current to change state of the relays. The red light beside the connector leading to the transformer will only light when the correct power is supplied to the card.
