An Application Error-Contact Administrator" error pops up after clicking on the Sensorview ICON instead of the login screen.
Go to the log files with this path C:\Program Files\SensorSwitch\SensorView\Logs
Scroll to the very bottom to the “install” log.
Right click on the icon, select “send to”, then mail receipient. It will open an e-mail with the attachment. Send it to the appropriate nLight Technician for review with a software engineer.
