nPOD GFX or nGWY2 GFX: Why Doesn't My nPOD GFX or nGWY2 GFX Respond To Touch?

If the nPOD GFX or nGWY2 GFX do not respond well to touch, first try recalibrating the unit by pressing the reset button under the top cover with a paper clip three times.  The unit will restart in calibration mode, which requires touching 3 sections of the screen.

If this does not fix the touch of the screen, check the mounting screws.  If the GFX was mounted using an electric drill or mounted on an uneven surface, it puts uneven pressure on the back of the GFX which causes the case to torque and affects the display.
