If SensorView is not operating correctly, or there are odd things happening (New devices not showing up, offline devices still showing online, etc.) use the following procedure instead of doing a full PC reboot.
- Logout of SensorView, and close the browser window.
- Click the Windows Logo, or click directly in the search box if on Windows 10.
- Type “iis” (Without quotes) into the search bar, then click the Internet Information Services application.
- Click the “Restart” link, then close Internet Information Services.
- Open SensorView, and log back in.
