Error: No Response when using Synergy Config

If a user is connecting to a cabinet with config, can see the devices, but cannot retrieve status, program, or receive programming and are getting an Error: No Response message back in the event log, the problem is either with their USB to RS232 adapter or with their null modem cable. They will need to ensure that they have a null modem and not a serial cable - the null modem is a crossover cable, not a straight through cable. 

If the problem persists with a proper null modem cable, have the user remove their USB to Serial adapter and plug it into another USB port. If problems persists, replace the adapter.
