SSI- How are the LSXR special time delays programmed?

Special time delays (such as 90 seconds) are set on an LSXR via a request for deviation (RFD). This is done when ordering the sensor.  The sensor will be marked as such.  The time delay will always be set as setting 21 under function 2.  If the time delay is changed, the only way to return to the special time is by restoring factory defaults on the unit.
